NEWS: South African Staff member Set for 2026 YMCA World Council in Canada

YMCA South Africa is officially taking our ground-level impact to the global stage. This July 2026, one of our staff, Lesego Kobuwe, is heading to Toronto, Canada, to represent the nation at the 21st YMCA World Council. As the highest governing body of the global movement, this is where serious, large-scale strategy is forged. Our delegate will showcase Mzansi’s community-driven wins, connect with international leaders, and bring the latest Vision 2030 innovations straight back to our local networks. We are elevating our talent. We are crossing borders. Together, we are ensuring South Africa's voice actively shapes the future of global youth development.
